At Smart US Trailers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• Returns must include all parts, accessories, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized trailers, used equipment, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact our team at Contact Us to request a return authorization.
2. Securely package the item, including all accessories and paperwork.
3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
